Updated: What to Bring
From the GeForce LAN 4 FAQ...

Here are the things that each attendee should bring with them to GeForce LAN 4...
  • Each registered attendee must have a valid form of government issued photo identification at on-site check-in. Passports, driver's licenses, or state issued identification cards are all examples of this requirement. Birth certificates, bills, etc help too in lieu of an ID. No one will be permitted to enter GeForce LAN 4 without proper identification.
  • All attendees should bring a copy of their payment receipt. This will likely be an email from Paypal. Your check-in process will be much faster if you bring this. For General Admission, bring a copy of your Registration Confirmation Email (as you didn't have to pay). This is now optional.
  • If you're under 18, bring a copy of your signed Parental Consent Form. If you're under 16, bring your parent or legal guardian as well.
  • For those attendees participating in tournaments, we recommend that each players brings their own peripherals (mouse, keyboard, headset, joystick, game pad, etc). Please do not bring wireless peripherals of any sort for official tournaments. Note that for Friday's Crysis event, sponsor provided peripherals will be used.

Mandatory:
  • Government issued photo ID
  • Parental Consent Form (if you're 16 or 17)
  • Parent or legal guardian (if you're under 16)

Highly Recommended:
  • Printed payment receipt (likely emailed from Paypal)
  • Directions printed out (DIRECTIONS)
  • Cash and credit card
  • Camera and/or cell phone
  • Warm clothes (it gets chilly in the bay)
  • Toothbrush, toothpaste
  • Soap
  • Shampoo
  • Deodorant
  • Charity donation items (nutritious canned foods from list - details here
  • Working game software and hardware

Registered BYOC Attendees:
  • PC (preferrably SLI!), power cable, VGA/DVI cable
  • Monitor and monitor power cable
  • Keyboard, Mouse, Joystick, Gamepad (no wireless peripherals)
  • Headset with Microphone
  • Mousepad

I dont have a printer. Will there be a way to confirm our payment with out this? Maybe a computer we can log into, that will let us show you the paid part in our registration.

Printed receipt is now optional for all pre-paid attendees. We'd greatly prefer you bring this with you though if possible as proof of payment.

ya um wtf? Can we clear this up, I only have a wireless mouse, I really don't understand it for tourney's either, but whatever, not playing in any but the friday crysis, which they will be provided. So for personal use on our own computer we can use them right?
