If you're interested, please complete the form below and submit your payment. Rental LCDs are limited and available on a first pay, first serve basis only. Do not delay if you wish to rent a monitor.
Also note that you will be required to fill out a LCD rental form onsite and provide a positive photo ID matching your registration info. Relatively painless compared to lugging around your heavy CRT!
